This is the Awesomeoffroad.com ADAPT XX KIT to upgrade the TEAM drive clutch to the New for 2022(ltd)+ ADAPT drive clutch.
Some of the improvements
- Smoother / better engagement
- ADAPT maintains constant belt tension throughout the RPM range resulting in minimized wear, maximum throttle response and longer belt life.
- Alloy roller in place of rubber puck.
- 8-inch diameter and 33mm taper with idler bearing
- 1-pound lighter than 2021 production TEAM clutch
- 5% reduction in inertia
- Compact design with 25mm or 14.1% reduction in width
When installing a new clutch, it is recommended to replace the drive belt or premature belt failure could occur
The clutch (0746-948) has preinstalled 85/225 pound spring (1646-009). It comes with the needed arm pin kit (8639-454) and spacer (2623-325).
You can get this kit with the 2022+ factory weights (0823-788) or take your pick of the Speedwerx weights, and adjustment kits!
You will need a clutch puller # 920058 and new drive belt 0823-529 both sold separately.
