Do you ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, or outside the lower 48?
Yes, we do. Orders shipping outside the lower 48 states may be subject to additional shipping fees and must be placed by phone.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are not permitted to ship OEM Arctic Cat / Textron Off Road parts and accessories outside the United States. However, we may be able to ship aftermarket accessories or AwesomeOffroad-branded products worldwide.

When will my item(s) ship?
Most orders are processed by the next business day. In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- If your item is in stock, it will ship as soon as possible.
- Some items are ordered from vendors and ship once they arrive at our facility.
- Certain items may ship directly from our vendors.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Economy Shipping is free and typically takes 7–10 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What if my package is damaged or missing items?
Once you receive your shipping notification, you have 30 days to notify us of any shipping damage, missing parts, or missing packages.
After 30 days, we are unable to file claims with our shipping carriers, and accommodations cannot be made.
