Do you ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, etc....?
The simple answer is yes we do, but orders outside the lower 48 will be charged a shipping fee and must be placed by phone. Also, per our contract with Arctic Cat/Textron Off Road we aren't permitted to ship OEM parts & accessories outside the USA. We can ship after-market accessories or any of our AWESOMEOFFROAD branded items anywhere in the world. To place an order outside the lower 48 just give our Parts Department a call during business hours at 502-863-0920.
When will my item(s) ship?
Typically, we process orders by the next business day. If your item is in stock it will ship ASAP, but because we have limited warehouse space we sometimes order items from our vendors and ship them to you once they arrive at our store. It can take up to 3 business days to process your order. We can also drop ship items directly to you from some of our vendors. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed up and ready to go. Economy Shipping is free and typically takes 7-10 business days to get to you from the time it leaves our shop. We also offer Expedited Shipping which will get your item to you much faster once we are able to ship it out. If we have issues with items on back order or items that are no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What if my package is damaged?
Once you receive a shipping notification letting you know that your order is on its way, you have 30 days to make us aware of any shipping damage or missing packages/parts. After 30 days we are unable to file damage claims with our shipping partners and no accommodations can be made for damage or missing packages.
What is your return policy?
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items are returnable within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition and in unopened original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or adjust refund amount for damages. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
