Arctic Cat ADAPT Drive Clutch 8 Inch 33mm for Wildcat XX - 8 Inch 33mm/DIRT-65/160

Arctic Cat ADAPT Drive Clutch is an OEM 8 inch, 33mm drive clutch for Arctic Cat Wildcat XX models. Introduced for the 2022 model year, the ADAPT clutch is designed as a lighter, more compact replacement for earlier TEAM drive clutch applications.

This clutch is 1 pound lighter than the 2021 production TEAM clutch, with a 5% reduction in inertia and a 25mm reduction in width. That compact design helps improve clutch response while reducing rotating mass in the driveline.

The clutch includes the 1646-154 65/160 lb spring installed. Cam arm weights, pins, screws, and washers are not included and must be purchased separately for the correct model, tire size, gear ratio, and altitude calibration.

For TEAM-to-ADAPT clutch conversion, remove the original drive clutch bolt washer and install the 2623-325 drive clutch spacer, sold separately. As an alternative to the spacer, Arctic Cat notes that the shorter 2623-308 drive clutch bolt may be used with the original 1623-649 drive clutch bolt washer.

For 11.92 standard ratio with 30 inch tires or 12.47 Black Hills ratio with 32 inch tires:

• 4,000-6,000 ft: 1646-154 spring, 0823-735 46g weights, 0823-799 35-45 degree helix, 0648-979 180-240 lb spring
