How can I update my unit?
Updates are done Over the Air via the Cardo Connect app. Go to Settings → Select your unit → Apply the latest update. You can also update using a USB cable and the Cardo Update app on your computer. Updating keeps your unit running smoothly with new features.
Do I need cellular connection when using PACKTALK EDGE?
No. Intercom functionality does not require cellular service. Your always-on mesh intercom works anywhere.
How easy is PACKTALK EDGE to install?
Installation is simple and can be done at home. It works with virtually any helmet. Cardo provides an installation video to make the process even easier.
Can I share my music with other PACKTALK EDGE off-road users?

PACKTALK NEO uses a unique clickable cradle and is not compatible with EDGE/BOLD cradles. However, microphones and speakers are fully compatible.
